Laptronics offers a comprehensive fault finding and test service to all of it’s customers.

What we do

We use industry standard software and hardware to get to the bottom of your problems so we can guarantee our suggested repair will solve your problem and leave you or your customer delighted.

• We charge a small test fee for each unit
• We test the product to find the exact cause of the fault
• We then quote the suggested repair
• If you decide not to go ahead with the repair we’ll return the item with only our fault finding fee payable
